"Marcel was great, he went over our ceremony and reception plan with us over the phone. He probably spent extra time on the phone with us because I forgot to fill out the reception form online before our call. Marcel kept the day running smoothly and made sure our photographer/caterer were all on the same page since pictures were taking longer than anticipated. We feel he went above and beyond his normal duties to ensure our day was as smooth as possible."
